Sean White

Senior Wealth Advisor

After graduating from the University of Windsor in 1998, Sean began his career as a wealth manager, honing his expertise under his mentor Richard Malicki. Today, Sean and his team of seven professionals assist him with his passion for solving complex financial planning problems, while maintaining a strong focus on the human aspect of their work. He considers his role as advisor as the driving force to help formulate a plan with his clients that minimizes unintended financial, estate or investment consequences. Sean enjoys getting to know his clients as individuals, often developing personal connections over decades and generations.

Sean is adept at identifying his clients’ needs and structuring solutions tailored to their unique situations. His approach has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor with clients and a skilled advisor within the industry. He is often asked to speak on topics such as the generational power of effective philanthropy and integrating investment strategies with customized Total Wealth Plans at conferences and Scotia Wealth Management events.

As a leader, Sean believes in identifying the passions and skillsets of his team members and matching them to their roles within their local team. By giving them the space to shine in their areas of expertise, he has built a strong group dedicated to providing the highest level of client service.

Sean is passionate about giving back to the community. He is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation. Sean and his wife, Jennifer, are also very involved in Transition to Betterness, a local charity dedicated to providing comfort to patients and their families, the Windsor Alzheimer’s Society, and RE/ACT Windsor-Essex, an organization involved in addictions recovery and the treatment of trauma.

Sean and Jennifer have two grown children, Abby and Nolan, who both work and live in Montreal. Sean enjoys alpine skiing, golf, and fitness activities when he isn’t working or spending time with family.
